Here at Tulavaya Therapeutics,  we want to make our services accessible to all individuals and walks of life.  The Relief Assistance Program is for those who need additional financial support or encouragement to come in and receive care- mind, body and soul. 

If you or a loved one are interested, please fill out the Relief Assistance Program form.  Three individuals will be chosen at the beginning of each month to come in and receive 40% off on any session of your choice.
